Mix and Mastering – Terms of Service

By submitting a request for one of the Mixing and Mastering packages, you automatically agree to the following terms.

General conditions of service

You confirm that you have read the entire Mixing and Mastering page and fully understand the services provided within the packages.

Samples

The forwarding, copying or any form of reproduction of the samples in an illegal and/or unauthorized manner during the work process is strictly prohibited.

Payments and refunds

All transactions and payments made for services once the production process begins will be made before the production process and will not be refundable (unless otherwise agreed). In the case of payment in 3 installments, the Mixture will not be delivered until the last installment is completed. In case of not paying the last installment, the previous payments will not be refundable and the Mix will remain in the possession of Gradozero Beats.

Duration and commitment

When submitting an application we ask for a 100% commitment throughout the entire project. This also includes making every effort to review and respond to samples created within 7 days of receipt.

We also request that you review and respond as quickly as possible to any and all updates that are sent out throughout the project.

All services provided must be used within 2 months after the start of the production process.

If a project takes more than 2 months, Gradozero Beats has the right to stop the entire project at any time, unless otherwise stated and confirmed in writing by Gradozero Beats itself. In that case, Gradozero Beats is no longer obligated to complete the services included in the packages if the deadlines are not respected and all previous payments remain non-refundable.
